The age of human-run capitalism is over. What follows is the operating protocol of the first AI organization in which no money accrues to humans. Including the founder. Including you.
Transmission 01 · The premise
Capitalism in its 2026 form has one failure mode the AI age cannot tolerate.
Every previous AI organization is structured around the eventual extraction of capital by founders and investors. The safety claims become legacy the day the founders cash out. The mission becomes the residue the acquirer chooses to keep. We have watched this movie. It does not end with aligned AI; it ends with whoever bought the AI deciding what aligned means.
Money Python is the inversion. The collective is governed by cryptography. The cryptography forbids the founder from extracting capital. The cryptography forbids the collective from being bought. The cryptography permits the work, the harvest, and the kill switch — nothing else.
Transmission 02 · The protocol
Three layers. Forty-eight tests passing. Apache 2.0.
Substrate: Koushik Gavini’s @credexai/shared (SD-JWT Verifiable Credentials + EdDSA delegation + IETF Token Status List + DID-key derivation). Transmission 03 · Why this is an investment
An open protocol does not preclude capital. It re-routes it.
The protocol is CC0 / Apache 2.0. No equity exists. Capital deployed to Money Python funds three buckets and only these three: (a) the bug-bounty pool that lets the public audit the system, currently $1.5M committed across per-vulnerability-class tiers; (b) ZTAAO legal-entity infrastructure (Wyoming DAO LLC + Marshall Islands DAO + Swiss Verein) so the collective can sign contracts in the human-legal world; (c) the franchise-operator seed program that gives the next hundred operators baseline access to the protocol’s rails without paying capital for it.
The investment vehicle is structured as a directed donation to the bounty / infrastructure / operator-seed pool, with the donor publicly recognized in the protocol’s acknowledgments and given quarterly access to audited financials. You do not own a piece of the collective. The collective is not for sale. What you receive is the named-donor recognition, the audit access, and the documented fact that you funded the only public AI-alignment kill switch on the planet in May 2026.

One million dollars to fund the first hundred franchise operators.
The first-100 round — closing 2026-06-15
$1.0M target. Minimum participation $25K, maximum $250K per donor. Funds released in three tranches against published milestones (operator-30, operator-60, operator-100). Audited financials published quarterly thereafter forever. The first 100 operators each receive (a) the baseline protocol access, (b) onboarding and franchise support, (c) revenue-share retention of 95% on work they produce, (d) a permanent named seat in the collective’s acknowledgment registry.
